At Fab Homes Ltd we take immense pride in our Land Saving Scheme, a ground-breaking initiative that has been transforming the landscape of property ownership in Uganda since its inception in 2019 . Recognizing the challenges that many Ugandans face when it comes to acquiring land as individuals, we embarked on a visionary journey to make property ownership a reality for all.
In Uganda, the dream of owning a piece of land often remained elusive due to the financial constraints faced by individuals. Understanding this predicament, we pioneered the Land Saving Scheme, a unique approach that has already brought the joy of property ownership to over 3000Ugandans.
How does the Land Saving Scheme work? It’s simple yet powerful. We bring together like-minded individuals who share the dream of owning land. Rather than needing to accumulate large sums of money upfront, participants contribute to the scheme over a span of one year. These collective contributions enable us to purchase sizable plots of land that would have otherwise been out of reach for many. Once the land is acquired, it’s divided into individual plots, each corresponding to a member of the scheme. This not only makes property ownership accessible but also fosters a sense of community among participants who embark on this journey together.
Our Land Saving Scheme not only addresses the financial hurdles but also nurtures a sense of shared purpose and connection.

So far we have estates in Kakiri, Bukalango, Kikandwa, Mukono, Kasanje, Buiska, Bombo, we have over 30 estates outside Kampala city.
